The Barn at Kline's Mill

The Barn at Kline's Mill is the premier barn venue in the Valley! The Barn is a stunning event venue located in Linville, Virginia, just 6 miles from Harrisonburg and about an hour from Charlottesville. Located on 10.5 miles of gorgeous land, the Barn is a welcome escape to sheer, natural beauty.

This rustic yet elegant and upscale, barn features beautiful tin ceilings, and yellow pine tongue and groove wood walls. Indoor restroom facilities feature Saltillo tile walls and handmade terracotta tiles.

Included with your rental:

-Access to The Barn prior to your event for setup - based on availability and length of rental (single day or weekend long rental)

-Use of tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and custom built wood bar setup is included in your rental price

-12 custom built farm house tables

-Climate controlled barn facility for year round comfort

-Access to outdoor arbor to use as ceremony site

-Seating for up to 250 guests (500 chairs on site in order to accommodate a ceremony and reception for up to 250 without having to repurpose chairs). Barn can accommodate up to 350 guests for heavy hors d'oeuvres style events. Large, clean, and comfortable indoor restroom facilities

-Use of the Early Banquet Room for your Rehearsal Dinner for no additional charge with full weekend rental (up to 50 guests); with single day barn rental, the banquet room would rent for $250 plus tax (includes all tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware needed) All food services done family style.
